Autumn is Here!

Hello again!

I'm sorry it's been a whole week but I explain it all here if you didn't read my post last Friday :)

I think we're all aware that summer has now officially left us and we are well into the dark nights and the icy cold mornings where you can see your breath.

Personally, I'm quite gutted that summer is over because it's my favourite time of year as I get really grumpy when it gets cold (think I have SADS) but autumn and winter happen every year so unfortunately I have to deal with it.

In some ways I suppose I do really like autumn because you get to crawl up on the sofa in your favourite pyjamas with a hot chocolate and just totally relax. I also quite like getting my scarves and big coats out as well as my winter boots because I love being cosy.

This year I want to try and embrace the cold weather a bit more and try to enjoy autumn and winter like a lot of people do. I've been walking to the places I need to go a lot lately getting myself out the house more so it's going well so far!
